Program uses an intensive one-to-one case management model to support teen/young parents who are at risk for child abuse and neglect. Comprehensive array of intensive in-home and community support services are integrated to support self-sufficient, safe and healthy families for young women, men and their children. Emphasis is placed on completion of high school, career development, part-time employment, independent living skills, prevention of substance abuse, mental health services, and increased parenting skills/knowledge.
