Young Parents’ Program/New Parent NetworkOregon Human Development Corporation (OHDC), Washington County Program focuses on young, high-risk parents in surrounding Hillsboro with an emphasis on Hispanic families. The program offers home visits, intensive case management, guidance, support, advocacy and referral services in order to ensure greater parental competencies, more stable home environments and a reduction in risk for child abuse in high need families.
