Program Details
Period of PurpleAsante Foundation, Jackson County Period of Purple is an evidence-based prevention program to prevent shaken baby syndrome (SBS). The program targets infant caretakers to understand infant crying and to take appropriate steps to deal with the frustration evoked by a crying infant. The program is a collaboration of area hospitals, medical personnel and the child advocacy centers in Jackson and Josephine counties. For More Information: |
