Due to the creation of an endowment to cover all operating costs of the Children’s Trust Fund of Oregon, we have the unique privilege of dedicating all charitable contributions back to community programs.
It is an expectation of our organization that our grantees participate in a rigorous evaluation process, conducted by an independent evaluator. Reports are generated at six month intervals, and site visits are made to supplement this activity.
The Children’s Trust Fund is recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization by the IRS.
Our evaluation results show an extremely high percentage of families who have no instances of child abuse and neglect while participating in the programs. Also, indications show that for every dollar awarded by our grant making process, the local programs generated $5 in local support.
