Mt. Emily Safe Center
Mt Emily, a child abuse assessment center, will expand prevention services by offering the “Make Parenting a Pleasure” (MPP) skills training program to at-risk parents in La Grande and surrounding communities. MPP is a promising practice parenting curricula offered in weekly, group-based settings that strengthens parenting skills and reduces abuse risk factors in participating families with young children. Project will also offer “Incredible Infants” to pregnant/parenting teens in the local high school.

Children's Justice Alliance
The Children’s Justice Alliance is the organizing entity for a variety of partner programs that provide services for children of those involved in the criminal justice system and their families. In addition to coordinating comprehensive services for children and family members, this 501(c)(3) organization provides policy leadership, makes research-based programming recommendations, offers technical assistance and training for partners, and raises funds to provide financial support for programs and research.
