CARES Northwest
The Child Abuse Prevention Team, a universal prevention component of CARES Northwest, will offer age and culturally appropriate child abuse prevention curricula to youth, teen parents, caregivers and other community members. Kids Preventing Child Abuse and the Praesidium Called to Protect child sexual abuse prevention curriculums are two core components.

Children's Justice Alliance
The Children’s Justice Alliance is the organizing entity for a variety of partner programs that provide services for children of those involved in the criminal justice system and their families. In addition to coordinating comprehensive services for children and family members, this 501(c)(3) organization provides policy leadership, makes research-based programming recommendations, offers technical assistance and training for partners, and raises funds to provide financial support for programs and research.

Family Relief Nursery offers the specialized services of a therapeutic nursery for young children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, advocacy and support and Make Parenting a Pleasure, a 20-week parenting class covering topics of behavior management, self-care, self-esteem and child development. Families served include diverse ethnic backgrounds, typically low income and the majority single parents. Families served may be from Multnomah, Washington or Clackamas counties.

Metropolitan Family Services
Make Parenting a Pleasure (MPP) parent groups are offered to young fathers returning to the community following incarceration and their partners. Services are offered to young fathers residing in Multnomah County. MPP is designed to build protective factors in parents with children aged 0-8. Services include individual parenting sessions, small groups and in-home visitation.
