Children's Justice Alliance
The Children’s Justice Alliance is the organizing entity for a variety of partner programs that provide services for children of those involved in the criminal justice system and their families. In addition to coordinating comprehensive services for children and family members, this 501(c)(3) organization provides policy leadership, makes research-based programming recommendations, offers technical assistance and training for partners, and raises funds to provide financial support for programs and research.

New Parent Services offers an array of child abuse prevention and family support services to parents with children 0-8 year of age in Hood River, including parenting classes, case management, in-home visitation, play groups, Children’s Closet and Welcome Baby Visits. New Parent Services provides the county’s Healthy Start Program in English and Spanish.
